Challenge
ZCN is becoming responsible for the taxi transport of 23,000 Zilveren Kruis policyholders. We want to communicate clearly everything that is going to change for them.
Approach
ZCN provides transport. For healthcare transport, that is. This is transport you are entitled to in the Netherlands when you need to get somewhere to receive care, attend special education or work at a sheltered workplace, and you don't have the means or ability to reach that destination on your own. The government or an insurer usually pays for the trip. If our travellers pay anything themselves, it is a modest personal contribution.

Solution
This group of policyholders is extremely diverse. That made it all the more important to keep the communication accessible, so we could be sure everyone would understand it. We chose an animation with a clearly audible voice-over.
