To overcome these challenges, we developed an advanced system able to collect data from more than 750 agents offering rental homes, regardless of their structure, format or update frequency. We built a powerful backend that continuously searches these rental websites, so we can always provide up-to-date information. We also integrated geolocation boundaries, letting users easily select their city and specific neighbourhoods so they only see the most relevant listings. The system uses advanced algorithms to quickly identify new listings and notify users within seconds by email or WhatsApp. Through real-time processing and smart filtering, we made sure users were always quickly informed of newly available homes.
