From idea to delivery.
Challenge
Surprise Company asked us for a complete rebrand. The existing brand no longer matched who Surprise Company wanted to be and didn't appeal enough to potential customers. Companies looking for an original gift for colleagues or business relations needed to feel right away that they had come to the right place. The challenge was to create a new identity that is strong and recognisable, that the target audience instantly connects with, and that tells the same story on every channel: from logo and colours to social media and website. And all of that within ten weeks, so the new brand would be ready for the Christmas season, THE season for corporate gifts.
Approach
It's always great when a client asks us to help rebrand their existing brand. It means we get to put our creativity to work once again to build a new and, above all, strong identity that potential customers really connect with. And that's exactly what we did. Take a quick look and see the result for yourself.

The new Surprise Company brand, from brand book to website.
Solution
After several productive conversations about the mission, vision and core values, plus a very long questionnaire, it became clear which direction we needed to take. We designed the brand guidelines first, so the entire visual identity would be consistent. These were then carried through into the redesigned website. We added a few animated elements to truly convey that surprise feeling.
Impact
Completing the full rebrand, including the website, within 10 weeks in time for the Christmas season. This is a key period for corporate gifts. Goal achieved!
