From idea to delivery.
Challenge
The biggest challenge was making visible a profession that mostly happens behind the scenes, without losing the professionalism and credibility that matter so much in the medical sector. We had to portray the role of the triage assistant clearly, humanly and attractively, in a sector struggling with staff shortages. On top of that, the shoot required planning across different shifts and departments to capture the dynamics of urgent care authentically.
Approach
Huisartsenposten De Limes is a cooperative organisation providing 24/7 urgent GP care in the South Holland region. Its mission is to deliver accessible, high-quality urgent care, while employees feel valued and new healthcare professionals are encouraged to join. Our task was to create an informative and inspiring video highlighting the role of a triage assistant, a key position many people are not yet familiar with, to attract new staff and explain how the out-of-hours GP service works.
The result in pictures.
Two triage assistants, two stories. Turn the sound on.
Solution
We chose a documentary-style approach that combined storytelling with real footage from the triage centre. Short interviews with triage assistants and other staff gave insight into their daily work, while clear visuals and motion graphics explained what the job involves. The final edit got a warm, professional colour grade and a smooth pace, creating an engaging yet respectful tone.
Impact
The video strengthened the image of Huisartsenposten De Limes as an attractive employer in urgent GP care. It was used in recruitment campaigns and internal communication, raising awareness of the triage assistant role and attracting new applicants. The project also helped the organisation communicate its mission to the wider public, creating more understanding and visibility in the region.
