   Challenge

   With the rapid growth in members, it became increasingly difficult for the client to keep track of which subscription each member had. There was a clear need for more overview and simpler subscription management. The client also wanted members to have more clarity about the duration and cost of their subscription, so there would be no more confusion. The challenge was mainly technical, as we had to work with the Telegram API. The goal was to create an automated, clear system that gave both the client and the members ease and clarity, so everything would run smoothly and efficiently.

   Approach

   Crypto Architect is a community focused on achieving long-term success in the crypto market. Since 2022, the community has offered a platform for sharing knowledge, strategic insights and collaboration. Members get access to exclusive information such as market analyses, portfolio updates and live sessions, and are supported by a network of like-minded people. The focus is on sustainable growth and developing strategic skills to stay successful in a fast-changing market. Crypto Architect is the place for anyone who wants to invest seriously in crypto and grow together with the community.

   Solution

   The solution consisted of three powerful components that made everything easier. First, we developed a user-friendly web app for members, where they could easily take out subscriptions, see the duration and cost, and have everything clearly presented. Next, we worked with the Telegram API to create a smart bot that automatically tracked when a subscription started, how many months it covered, whether someone had renewed, and whether someone had to be removed if the subscription had not been renewed. Finally, we developed a clear dashboard for the client, so they could effortlessly manage all subscriptions and members and quickly view key data. The result? A fully automated system that let both the client and the members manage their subscriptions easily, without hassle.

   Impact

   Thanks to the automated web app and clear dashboard, the client no longer had to worry about managing subscriptions by hand. This gave him the freedom to focus his time and energy on what really mattered: offering more value to the community and scaling his business. The automated system made access and member management run smoothly, without hassle or room for error. The result? A streamlined process that not only saved time but also let the client shift his focus to growing the community, while everything in the background was perfectly taken care of.
