The solution was to use these attractive short videos (shorts) combined with targeted Social Media Advertising. This combination enabled us to reach the right audience at scale and effectively turn attention into concrete applications.
Impact
By running Social Media Advertising through Meta Ads and optimising the visibility and positioning of the vacancies, we generated more than 100 applications in one weekend. This resulted in a strong increase in quality candidates, a shorter recruitment lead time and immediate relief of internal capacity, making further growth faster and more efficient.
